We want you to be happy with your speech. That is why we voluntarily give you a money-back guarantee on your first purchase at Moverba. Your statutory rights are not affected.

What it covers

The purchase of a plan (Basis, Standard or Premium) or of the 3-speech bundle on Moverba, in every country where we sell.

What you get

You get the full amount you paid back. You do not have to give a reason.

How long it lasts

14 days from the purchase. The period ends on the 14th day after the purchase at 23:59 German time. What counts is when your request reaches us.

Conditions

• The guarantee applies once per person, that is to your first purchase. We recognise a person by their email address and their buyer account with Paddle.
• For the 3-speech bundle it applies to the whole order only. If someone has already redeemed a credit from the bundle, we refund the share of the credits not yet redeemed.
• We only refuse a refund for one of these reasons:
  1. You have already used the guarantee for an earlier purchase.
  2. The 14 days have passed.
  3. You have already started a chargeback for the same payment with your bank or card provider.
  4. You use several addresses or accounts to get the guarantee more than once.

A refusal is always decided by a person, never by a program alone. You get the reason by email.

How to use the guarantee

1. Open Cancel contract at the bottom of every page or the link in your order. Your name, email address and order number are enough, a reason is optional.
2. You receive a confirmation of receipt by email right away.
3. We decide within 3 working days. In most cases we refund right away.
4. The refund is made by our reseller Paddle to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank it usually takes 5 to 10 working days until the money reaches you.

What happens afterwards

With the refund your access to the speech ends. We delete the content of the project after 30 days. Credits not yet redeemed and open gift links expire.

Your statutory rights

Your statutory rights in case of defects and any statutory right of withdrawal remain unaffected and are free of charge. The guarantee does not limit them. You can find information about withdrawal in the cancellation policy.
